For a large banking and financial industry regulator Innovatis partnered with a large business to win a IDIQ that is projected to realize cost savings, modernization and standardization in its portfolio of hundreds of IT applications by consolidating support to a small set of vendors.
Innovatis, as the largest subcontractor under a large business, provides task management, project management, solution architecture, business analysis and development roles and led modernization activities for several mission-critical systems, as well as over 150 plus maintenance and enhancement releases. Innovatis brought in several process improvement to realize cost savings which were used to modernize over 10 plus systems to Java and .NET. Innovatis staff has excellent understanding of the financial regulatory and resolution business areas. The team’s subject matter expertise makes remediation of legacy systems and modernizing them easier. All of our project were delivered leveraging an iterative and agile development methodology while using DevOps practices such as Code Quality, Secure Code Quality, CI|CD, Auto Deploys to variety of platform such as Windows, Linux and Solaris while managing communication and dependencies across 10+ client intersecting organizations and 4 other vendors.
The team has met all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs), with all on services and release delivered on time and on budget while receiving appreciation for their excellent work.
